Hi i.m new here but not new in using Phone Explorer. I've been using phone explorer for quite sometimes now with all kind of Sony Ericsson's' mobile phone.. I'm currently using version 1.6.4 de current i believe.. but the problem now i've upgraded my mobile phones to the new SonyEricsson W960i and i had a hard time trying to get the phone connected with the W960i. It prompted "Phone Could not be identified" under the "options" and "search for device" it detected my phones. But when i click connect, it shows "Phone not detected". I've change all the ports but it's still de same..

Any advice much appreciated

I also have a W960i and have upgraded to 1.6.5 this will see the phone, will download texts, will monitor the phone but will not upload texts to the phone from the PC or download the calendar do you know if there are any plans to support the w960i phone.
