Hi,
Thanks a lot for this brilliant software I use it since 2 years.
I just intalled the 1.6.4 version and now I can't sync the phone and the computer.

a popup indicate:"OBEX error: No CARRIER"

I have a made a search on this and find solutions for W800 and K800 but not for my as... I can't save the data on the memory stick

It has nothing to do with the new version...

- Take out the battery from the phone for 5 minutes.
- ensure that no other software is connected to the phone.
- try it with the USB-Cable.

Have try, it's doesn't work: some function are working

the SIM contact sync -> OK
the Phone contact -> doesn't work

Call sync -> OK

Calendar sync -> doesn't work

SMS sync -> OK
SMS send -> OK

phone files -> doesn't work

phone status monitoring -> OK

Did you try it with the cable ?
Do you have a possibility to test it on another PC ?

I've tried with the cable, but the phone is not found.

I'll try with my other computer and will tell you the result

It work with an other computer... I have try again on my computer and find that a process was interfering with the software... now every thing work find

Do you know whicj process it was ? Filename ? Would be helpful to help others.

I get the same problem in my W810i.

The funny thing is that the first time I connect the phone it syncs the Phone Book and Organizer but not SIM, Calls or SMS. The next round I receive the error and the opposite happens, the first two generate error and the last three are synchronized.

Any sugesstions? I am using USB Cable with drivers from

http://ma3-origin.extranet.sonyericsson.com/drivers/

Please try it on another PC to find out if it depends on the phone or your PC.
