Notes don't all sync, some do but others are ignored

I'm using MPE V2.3 with Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2512 Build 16.0.19530.20184) 64-bit on a Windows 10 PC.

I make good use of the very handy Notes facility but recently have noticed that some notes do not sync from Outlook to MPE, most do and I haven't tested them all but one stubbornly refuses to update. I deleted any trailing spaces or lines (in case I had held down the Return key) and it made no difference.

Any ideas on how to resolve this, or are there any tests you may want me to do?

I extracted this from the log file;

09:04:41.99 NoteFolder ID=000000003BF38A71FEC1F54F9D38294DF64297D982810000
09:04:42.00 NoteFolder Name=Notes Count=34
09:04:42.06 GetAllNotes (Outlook): 34 Notes

But there are 35 notes, not 34 as it says above. Is this a clue?

Unfortunately, I can't tell you why the note is being ignored ?!
Workaround:
1. Copy the note to the clipboard.
2. Create a new note in MPE and paste the text from the clipboard.
3. Sync. 4. Delete the faulty old note in Outlook.

Thanks for that, I did as you suggested but didn't want to do so before as it would destroy the 'evidence'.

I had to copy/paste then delete it in Outlook as that's where the master copy was and it worked, as expected, except that the corrupt version didn't then get deleted on my phone suggesting that somehow the link between them was broken. So I manually deleted the one on the phone.

Anyway all OK now.
