Sync problem

I've installed an Office 2021 version but I'm not using it for the moment due to the migration of PST files which is not available.
So I'm still using my old 2010 version.
But when I try to sync my 2010 version with my S23 Ultra it give now the following prompt :
"Impossible to list the Outlook directories structure"

Should I unistalled the 2021 version until the pst issue of the 2021 to be fixed ?

Yes, I would advise that, because MPE can't handle two installed Outlook versions. What Outlook version is displayed under MPE => F2 => Sync => Contacts/Sync with ?

- Start MyPhoneExplorer on your PC
- Go to Settings (<F2> or Menu=> File => Settings)
- Then to Sync
- Then Contacts/Sync with... Now you should see the Outlook version that MPE found! e.g., "Outlook 2010"

The version in my PC for MPE is Outlook 2010.

I did not changed anything in the settings but now the prompt is different.
It is mentionned:

"The loading for the inputs from Outlook failed"
This is my translation from the french message.

I'm under W11.

After checking the log file, I've noticed that the issue is related to thre fact that the pst Outlook file is open when I was trying to sync.

So I closed down Outllok before MPE sync and now it is working.

This was not the case before :=(
