I have enjoyed using your software successfully for some years now. I have been updating to the latest version with no problems - until now!

On my window on my PC I have three separate phones, Moto G4, Moto g73 5g and moto g7. These are historically my Moto phones, the latest being Moto g73 5g.

I installed the latest version of Myphoneexplorer and I appear to have only 2 contacts my Moto g73 5g. I have a full record of my phone usage since I started using the phone, The appointments are complete as are all the conversations and all the internal storage.

Any idea as to where my contacts have gone?

In a worse case scenario can I move the contacts from moto g7 to overwrite the contacts folder on my Moto g73 5g?

I hope I have explained my situation adequately.

Thank you for getting back to me. If I understand you correctly

My data source is held on my PC for my contacts as is my diary. I hold many photos on my phone and they are not affected, neither are my emails which I receive both on my PC and my Phone.

Texts are a bit of a mix, some are received with just a phone number, used to have just name, some are shown with a phone number first then name. This last style I haven't had before.

With regards to Syncing I normally use the 'Start Multi-sync' and check additions and deletions, Diary and Contacts.

I believe that the problem occurred when following the upgrade and I imagine that I messed up following the instructions!

I multi sync from my current phone Moto g73 5g but that now only contains 2 entries.
Older phone Moto G7 contains about 200.

On Outlook on my PC my Contacts are 0 but under that duplicates, duplicates-copy and John each contain 180.

I normally do a multi sync which I can only do involving my Moto g73 5g.

Can I move the contacts from the Moto g7 contacts from the my phone explorer
file to the Moto G73 5g my phone explorer file?

This is making me think more about my problem, am I making any more sense to you?
