Assigning ringtones and pictures

I have a lot of contacts in my phone. Some are personal and some are business. I assign different ringtones. I also assign different pictures so when they call, their picture comes up.
I wish myphoneexplorer could assign ring tones and pictures because it takes so long to do it manually through the phone.
Nokia had a good interface. You could assign people to a group and then assign the group a certain ringtone. Then everyone in that group would have the same ringtone.
The picture things would have to be done 1 by one, but I would think its easier to do it on your PC than on the phone.
