Mirror Outlook's Dismiss functionality for desktop reminders

Hi,
First, thanks for a great product.

Would you consider adding a Dismiss feature to the desktop reminders to behave the same as in Outlook?
Outlook reminders remain listed in the reminder window after their due date until they are manually dismissed by xxx the dismiss button and show the amount of overdue time whereas MyPhoneExplorer does not display past reminders which means they may be forgotten if no action was taken at the time.
The Outlook behaviour is useful since it acts as a reminder to-do list without having to copy reminders into tasks or make some other note when not completed on the day.

A further bug and request for reminders

BUG:
I have an annual recurring event in Outlook with a "2 weeks" reminder.
MPE does not recalculate this reminder period in the MPE event Reminder date.
The event appears in MPE with an "Other reminder time" that is always the Outlook "Start" date of the "Range of recurrence" (2018 in this case) - MPE does not update the MPE event reminder time for the recurrence each year and the reminder pop up window does not appear.

REQUEST:
Would you support the same outlook minute, hour, day week reminder configuration including the option to change the number e.g. outlook allows changing the 2 weeks to 4 weeks for example

Fully supporting the Outlook reminders window features would make MPE a viable alternative to Outlook as a calendar, tasks, contacts and notes manager. This would be especially appealing for Linux, since Outlook Wine compatibility is limited and would surely increase MPE desirability and sales as a result!!
