Howdy,

When a new person sends a message to whatsapp, and then i save the contact from whatsapp, and save it to the phone storage, and then go to myphoneexplorer, and try to sync or download contacts, it doesn't pass the contct to myphoneexplorer, and worst, it deletes it from the phone.

If the contact is saved directly in the android's contact's, everything works fine.
Let me know if you need something to help fix this.

Look in the cell phone : MPE-Client => Settings => Contact-Accounts to Sync
Which contact account is there enable ?

You choose this contact account when saving the contact in WhatsApp.
If you use "MyLocalAccount", this selection is unfortunately not possible.
Then you can move it from the WhatsApp account to mylocal account in MPE.

On the phone its selected "Phone", so far so good.
What I do in whatsapp it, "save to phone", which saves the contact to local contacts, and no google account or so.

Unfortunately, you are right, if I switched my cell phone to the English language, I can reproduce the problem.
Workaround:
You choose the option 'Add to Existing Contact' => + Create contact

FJ was informed, but in my opinion the problem is caused by WhatsApp

Can you tell me exactly where that conf is, in MFP in the phone or the windows software?

Whatsapp has realized an update, now it works as follows:
In WhatsApp:
- Mark the new number
- Option button on the top right 'Add to contacts' => add information
Although 'Phone' is also now displayed, it is now secured in the right contact account?!
