Contact photos are no longer synced and clear

I have been using this for a very long time in this setup with the same device and desktop. Suddenly out of the blue I noticed that all the photos were gone from my contacts and replaced by their own public ones through google instead. Incidentally I also noticed that there are suddenly a lot of calendars, contacts, and mailboxes that are often the same base with enumerations through a bunch of GUIDs, so not sure where it is reading and maybe something in the format changed that is causing it to behave this way?
So I went sync them again and saw that it keeps showing they have changed and asking to sync them, though no changes showing, but at the same time, no pictures, ever and seems this has also resulted in the ones already there to be overwritten and remove too.
I was wondering if you knew what is going on? I don't know all of what you need, but I will give you what I can think of might be helpful.

Activate only one local contact account under Phone => MPE client => Contact-accounts to sync .
Then force a sync from Outlook > cell phone
You realize the same with the appointments.

Not sure where you came to the conclusion that there is more than one contact account and even then if something that has been working without any change suddenly stops working, there is something other than this certainly.

Sorry, but if you have only activated a
local account for the Sync in the contacts, I cannot explain me how contact photos should have come from the Google account there. At least not through a mistake in our program!
If so, it is not because of our program but because of your cell phone + Google.
Google has set up a new 'Meet' account unasked.
Look in your cell phone under
Settings => Additional Settings => Accounts & Sync
There you should disable 'Meet'
Then install the
MPE beta version
... Maybe that already helps

Clearly you didn't even understand the issue and are offering opinions. Why the hell would they need to come from Google? My photos come from Outlook with which it is synced, and the phone. The contacts that do have photos from elsewhere is because they have me in their contacts and it updates any missing photos on your side with theirs (whatever your friend has chosen).
So try to understand the issue before offering to support it in an English section with such bad English that I can hardly understand what you are saying, let alone follow what your intent is. Don't assume, don't condescend and if you can't help, then be quite at least and let the developer who knows how they wrote their code answer what they know and you clearly don't.
Your behavior is shameful for a moderator and offensive, Franz can do better.

Here is the item in MPE, click the menu item, load image from Outlook and you get this, so what's the excuse there now?

I see the error message "Contact picture was not found"
Does this outlook contact have a contact picture set?
If yes, then:
- run MyPhoneExplorer in debugmode: Win-Key+R->myphoneexplorer debug->OK
- make a small change in the contact info in Outlook
- sync your contacts so that the changes are transferred to the phone
- send me the logfile with a link to this thread vai email: Menu-File-Settings-Show logfile

Before you just jump to his defense and attack me. Look at the report above, interactions and tell me who acted badly. Competence in technology doesn't mean manners or competence in communication. Then don't support me, I am not going to be silenced and threatened into not having an opinion because you threaten to stop supporting me, fine, done, enjoy your niche software. I can't believe I expected more from you Franz, I see where they rest see it is ok to be rude, it is institutionally approved and supported.
Franz, of course it has picture, it has been working fine, I come here because it stopped not because suddenly nothing has pictures, see this is insult. Not sure if it is a language barrier, EU/US or whatnot, but that's rude when you imply the person is too stupid to know a software they have used for over a decade when you were still in beta and posting PSC in the VB forum, so some professional courtesy would be appreciated. I sync'd with Google, local, makes no difference anymore, it will not sync pictures, period. And I tried it manually (hence the screenshot) so I can see if I can get an error to say what's going on, when I saw that figured, ok maybe that's enough for you to check and see if maybe you are not escaping something right, options changed on Outlook and the values are breaking. I even killed a profile that I had been using for almost 8 years and lost everything to start over just in case that was the fix.
If the code was opensource or available, then with 35 years developing full stack and 25+ years just with C++ and VB3-6 I could help you actually try to figure things out and even help with development or bug fixes if needed but to get this reaction shows that I have more respect for you and your product than you do for your product and people who use it.
I'll do it based on my best understanding, but just to be clear, should I dump everything in the local right now (what is showing in MPE) and then do it again by resetting the sync.log or just as-is right now? I'll do as-is to start and then do the other one too, done that several times already trying to fix this. I'll post that tonight, here or want it in the PM?
