Tried to scan the QR code with my bank app, got the error message "The scanned QR code contains invalid data and cannot be used for payment. Pleasse contct the biller and request a valid QR-bill".
Since I can't find any Contact details on the website I'm not sure what to do next.

If you refer to the code on the homepage and your banking app does not support ist, I cannot help you with your banking app as you did not specify it. However, all details for bank transfer are visible in readible format directly above that code. Also, there should be no problem copying such data to some homebanking interface using the clipboard to avoid misspellings.

My banking app shows an error message as well.
However it says that information is missing and asks me if I want to fill that in by myself. If I do so the only thing missing is the amount of money I want to transfer. And that is quite normal because FJ wont say that anyone has to give a specified amount of money.

So have you tried to go on after the error message?
