I was having problems with MPE on new phone (duplicating entries, etc.) so thought I'd clear everything out and start again by installing the most up to date version from the Play Store. I've done everything I'm supposed to (as far as I can tell) but, when I try to open MPE on my phone, I get an 'app disabled' message. I can't work out what to do...help?

I have gone through and allowed all permissions, enabled usb debugging, etc. It's a Samsung Galaxy A14 if that makes any difference.

Weird, I just installed it on a new Samsung without an issue. Can you try to uninstall and install new through play store?

Are you on a company phone where you may not have all permissions?
