Files sync not working, when trying backup files (not application) I'm receiving an error on MyPhoneEx saying "The access to the folder: \Internal storage\Android\obb\ request a special permissions. Please confirm he dialog on your smartphone".
When accessing the phone, the confirm button is grey and I can't enable the special permissions.
Looking the net it seems I must root my phone for enabling access, is there any other way for solving this problem?

Unfortunately, access to internal storage Android OBB and Data is only possible via a USB connection.
You should have installed the MPE version 2.2.
