How to upload old folders with data into MFE on new laptop?

Hello,

Please help me how to upload old folders where I have saved my few old phones data on my old laptop? Now I have a new laptop, I downloaded MFE, I tried to put these old folders into MFE Folder on C disc, but the program does not see them, does not read them. I am not sure what am I doing wrong and how to upload this old data correctly so I can read it again in MFE? Please help, I desperately need to get an access to the old information.

Normally MyPhoneExplorer places the data in the app data folder.
On your new laptop open Windows-Key+R -> %appdata%\MyPhoneExplorer -> OK
You should see there some subfolders (one for each profile) and the file general.ini
Place the old profile folders inside the new folder, after a restart of MyPhoneExplorer you should see them in Menu-File-Users...

MPE programm close
By default, MPE's data is located here:
C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\MyPhoneExplorer
or
Windows start button (Run) => enter

@FJ - Thank you so much for your reply, but that's exactly what I did - I placed the old folders into MFE Folder, but they are not read or recognized, nothing is showing in the panel....What about file .ini that you mentioned? What should be done with it?

Of course you should also copy the old general.ini (...\MyPhoneExplorer\general.ini) over
