MyPhoneExplorer 2.2 on Windows 11 cannot connect to Android via WiFi. When establishing a connection, MyPhoneExplorer sees the device and offers to connect to it, when trying to connect, it says "failed to establish a connection with the phone". How to fix this error?

Please check the app info of the MPE client on your phone to see if all permissions are enabled!
A firewall could also block the connection?
P.S. Is the IP address 192.168.10.103 the same as the one in the phone's MPE client? |

I sent them a letter on 09/14 but still no response. Is there another way to get support? |

Sorry. I don't know what happened, but MyPhoneExplorer started connecting. Apparently I touched some settings, Windows 11 was recently installed and is still being configured. |

Even if your problem has now been resolved, a waiting period of up to 14 days is unfortunately unavoidable. Only then is it advisable to ask again here in the forum.
