Custom phone# and Custom Address Names are NOT backed up !!!

Hello,
and since this is my first post, wanna say this software program is great.
Now, I found recently that NONE of my Custom Names/Addresses as I name them in Android phone, will be backed up or even listed in MPE. Applies to all backups I do to the sync database!
So what can I do if there is a solution.
Again, I Custom Name phone# or addresses when having multipe for 1 contact. ie, instead Home, Office, I use cutom specific like HomeOffice, Store 1 phone or address , etc. But none of this is in MPE.
So if I ever have to restore, nothing of this is actually there to restore. Only the phone# or addresses that have the Standard labels, like home, office, fax, etc. are listed. NONE of the custom named ones.
If that is normal, then I think that would be a major bad problem. Other users might have Custom designations assigned too. And none is really there in MPE, only in the contacts of the phone!
I really hope that this can be solved as otherwise I am in a bad position with most of my contacts have assigned custom designations like this.
I am using MPE 2.1 desktop by the way.

MyPhoneExplorer supports custom fields only for phone numbers and email addresses.

Yes, I figuered that. Is it possible to find a workaround, add this option and/or HOW to add more addresses than the 2 I see? Even the regular contacts in android have spaces for 3 and more. So perhaps if I use the standard android names instead of custom, will there be the possibility to have 3 or more addresses in MPE, as I have in the contacts from the phone?

The effort required for this would not be insignificant in terms of programming and the demand is currently probably very low, i.e. unfortunately your wish cannot be implemented in the foreseeable future Confused

Yeah, sorry to hear that too. So nobody has more than 2 addresses in their contacts to backup in sync database. Wow. Amazing.
Does anybody who has more than 2, use another program as backup, like outlook, etc.? Just wondering.

If I needed that, I would create an additional contact.
However, since you probably have a lot of contacts who have more than 2 addresses, this is probably not a solution.
By the way, Outlook and Thunderbird probably offer 3 addresses, but that wouldn't be enough for you?!

Does anybody actually know if those support 3 or more?
But then, I use the database to syn more then one phone. So that base would need to support more.
Well, at least now after many years using this program, I found out and have to redo some contacts.
