I get the following error message whilst trying to download the latest version:

The connection with the server was reset.

Please try it again - maybe a temporar problem

Still not working for me.....

Just tried the full download with my pc without problems. So i think it depends on your PC or Internet-Provider

Did you also tried it throught a free proxy ? f.e. https://www.beatfiltering.com/ . But please note that you have to rename the file after downloading to "Setup.exe"

I have sorted it now. It was my isp problem...
