Connection Issue

Can someone please advise, I keep getting (connection to phone could not be established)
I have a dedicated IP set but on both my tablet and phone keeps refusing to connect unless I click on myphonexplorer

I assume you mean that the client doesn't start automatically on the phone?
Then start MPE in debug mode ("c:\Program Files (x86)\MyPhoneExplorer\MyPhoneExplorer.exe" debug)
Select Extras => Tools => Push => "
Push-Token erneuern"
Now the MPE client should start automatically again.

when i select MyPhoneExplorer.exe it starts the program and I cant see debug or extras, perhaps I should reinstall as I now have another issue. I have added another user and each time I sync either it is adding and deleting heaps of entries. I lost all my outlook calendar fortunately I had a backup.

You should not start MyPhoneExplorer.exe alone, but with the addition
debug!

Then right-click on the Windows start button => Run => Contents from the clipboard

I added the user to my pc I did not think you could add a user to the client.
I have copied and pasted your instructions and it doesnt work.
I have drilled down into the program and can find myphoneexplorer.exe but there is no debug.

I'm not sure if we won't talk past each other again, specifically?
1. By new user on the PC I meant a new user in the Windows system e.g. for another person.
2. By new user in MPE I meant creating a new user for an additional Android device (second cell phone or tablet)
3. By new user on the cell phone, I meant the possibility of creating a new user in the cell phone Android system

The debug worked thankyou but still testing.
this is what I meant as I have a phone and a tablet By new user in MPE I meant creating a new user for an additional Android device (second cell phone or tablet)
If I sync using both it kept creating duplicates so I have to force sync outlook to phone, did that three time now it seems to be ok.
I use fixed IP on both units
I have outlook on my pc and I have google on my tablet
then I have outlook on pc and google on my phone
I use all three at different times to add appointments is this why I sometimes get duplicates

The Syncs...
1. Phone <> Google Account <> tablet
2. Phone <> MPE <> Outlook
3. Tablet <> MPE <> Outlook
... Unfortunately, this leads to the problems you described
There are 2 ways to fix the problem:
1. You use local calendar storage instead of Google Calendar storage
or
2. You only synchronize the tablet with MPE without Outlook

I have the problem too. early this year the same problem was solved by a new client..... is there a new client comming up?
(my problem is by Bloototh and USB too)

The client didn't not connect to the PC..... changed connection type to aut and now back to bluetooth and now it works

To simplify
both phone and tablet use google calendar both sync to Outook.
It all seem to be working now
2nd issue the wifi will still not connect and they will not stay on dedicated IP. I may try bluetooth.
3rd issue I am still not receiving your emails

In order to always send the same message to a device, you should use the settings on the router or in the Android device.

Make sure to accept all permissions and implement all settings.
Start the MPE client on your cell phone and try “push” again
Doesn't that help either...
