Synchronization problems

I have two sync issues. First, I'll say that I use MyPhoneExplorer on an Android phone (Samsung Galaxy). I sync all my information with Microsoft Outlook. I turn on sync quite often. At least once a day. I have a huge number (over 2000) of contacts in my contacts list. Most of them are related to my work.

My first problem is that when I sync my contacts, MyPhoneExplorer almost always suggests me to sync a few or even a dozen contacts from the profile sharing. Most likely these are the contacts that WhatsApp automatically creates on my phone. These contacts usually only have a first name, last name and one phone number. However, I almost certainly already have the correct contact for this person entered into my contacts list and it is fully configured with all phone numbers, home and work addresses, email addresses, etc.

Unfortunately, MyPhoneExplorer constantly tries to sync these currently appearing contacts from the profile sharing and at the same time sometimes suggests creating a new contact and deleting a contact for the same person. Recently I started marking it so it won't sync in the future. Unfortunately, I keep getting suggestions to sync. It's quite annoying. Is there a way to set an option in MyPhoneExplorer that prevents syncing contacts from a shared profile?

The second inconvenience is related to calendar synchronization. Many of my contacts have birthdays, name days or other anniversaries set. Google Contacts automatically creates reminders for such events in its (Google) calendar. Outlook also creates such reminders in its calendar. If I agreed to synchronize such automatically created reminders, then over time there will be a whole lot of them in my calendars. Is there a way to disable synchronization of such automatically created reminders?

Regarding your first problem with the contacts:
- Activate under Phone => MPE-Client => Settings => contact-accounts to sync only 'Phone'
- MPE on the PC => Contacts => Blue Arrow (Download entire)
- Force sync from Outlook > mobile

Regarding your second problem - sync exclusion of birthdays from Outlook:
Create a new calendar in Outlook and embed only this in MPE
(MPE => F2 => Sync => Events and Task / Sync with => Advanced => Outlook folder to sychronise)
- Force sync from mobile > Outlook
