For some reason the syncing of text messages with my phone is the only glitchy aspect. There are some texts on my phone that simply don't show up in MyPhoneExplorer on the desktop side for me to take screenshots or create PDFs.
And they all seem to be related to a single contact.
I'm not sure what to do. I've installed your update. I've resynced. I've tried all sorts of settings, but those texts don't 'download" into the desktop version of your app.
Please walk me through it since I'm only partially tech-savvy. Thanks.

Click on the blue arrow (Download entire).
If the messages are still missing then they are so-called RCS messages - the successor to MMS. Android does not grant access to this data
And they all seem to be related to a single contact.
Probably you have enabled the "Chat-Feature for this contact. Because of this you did send and receive RCS messages and not the common SMS and MMS messages. At the moment only Google Apps have access to the RCS database.
