Bluetooth Connect problem between pc and samsung s24+ phone

I have a rather annoying problem. When I need to use MPE after a few days since the last pairing, the phone and PC cannot connect. So I have to delete the pairing and pair them again to get it to work.
What should I do so that the pairing is not lost all the time?

Does a restart of the phone fix the problem too?
Please ensure that MyPhoneExplorer Client is launched on the phone BEDFORE you try to connect.

yes, I'm having lots of trouble with v2.1. Samsung Galaxy S23 FE.
At home desktop computer - via bluetooth, "cannot identify phone" -- I'm really not able to connect by bluetooth. At work computers likewise lots of trouble connecting via bluetooth.
At work I use the portable version 2.1. what USUALLY works is to just pretend I'm connecting the phone for the first time,
File, user, add user - then let it detect my phone, click that and now it identifies the phone and goes through connecting.
Version 2.0 never had these troubles. So I'll probably go back to using v 2.0 again unless someone has a suggestion to try.
Still love MPE, and v 2.0 does a great job for my needs anyway.
