Sync problem with Business Calendar. Disapearing entry on PC

Hi, since last update I have a problem with synchronization between the calendar in PC and Android Business Calendar.
1) I input new event in MPE calendar on PC
2) press sync in MPE on PC
3) the entry disappears in MPE on PC, but it shows up in Android Business Calendar
4) press sync in MPE on PC again and the entry is visible both on PC and Android Business Calendar.
So far, I can live with that.
The real problem occurs when the event is visible both in MPE on PC and in Android Business Calendar, and I change the time/date of the event on PC.
Then the first click on the synchronization in PC restores this event to its ORIGINAL time/date.
The next attempt to synchronize does not change anything. It does not matter whether the event was originally entered into MPE on PC or in Android Business Calendar.
The problem does not occur when I change the date of the event in Android Business Calendar. Then the synchronization changes the event time/date to MPE PC and it's OK.
Aditionally, when I delete the event in MPE on PC, synchronization restores it back on PC. And it doesn't delete it in Android BC.
Synchronized entries to Business Calendar Pro disappear

After synchronizing Outlook calendar entries to BC Pro as a private calendar, they are visible correctly for a few minutes and then disappear from BC Pro. I have opened a support request with Business Calendar Customer Support (Appgenix Software in Berlin)

Which calendar are activated on your phone => MPE-Client => Settings => Calendars-accounts to sync
All calendars are activated

Do you have a 3rd program like e.g. Outlook or Thunderbird integrated?
I advise you to just use a local calendar
I have local and google accounts integrated. I always had.

Ps. Reinstalling both PC and Android app didn't help.

OK, but I don't think the cause of your problem was the MPE update.
Please downgrade to 2.0.

Hi, downgrade to 2.0 didn't help.
The same problem with the same account on two PCs.
I opened local account in Android Business Calendar. I made MPE sync only local account.
The final is catastrophe: I have ALL events in MPE DUPLICATED. Only in MPE. In Business Calendar in Android: NOT
I deleted the local calendar in Android and it didn't help. Now I use Google calendar in Business calendar and nothing changed: still ALL events in MPE are duplicated. Only in MPE. Not in Android. Reinstalling MPE didn't change anything.
Help. Please.

To eliminate the duplicates, use the “Search duplicates” function (last icon on the toolbar on the right)

It does the job in MPE, but after sync, everything comes back to the beginning (after first sync the duplicates are deleted in MPE, but after the second sync they come back).

The cause is Google calendar storage.
Please doing the following:
- Mark duplicates for deletion 1 x synchronization
- Export all appointments using the context menu (right mouse button) of the appointment list.
- Enable under Phone => MPE-Client => Settings => Calendars-accounts to sync just the one local calendar
- MPE => Organizer => Blue Arrow ("Download entire")
No more appointments should be listed now!
Import the previously exported appointments and synchronize

Hi, the solution for duplicates DID work. Thx.
Now I use the local calendar ONLY.
But... the problem with synchronization still exists.
When I delete event in MPE, the 1st synchronization deletes it in MPE, but 2nd sync restores it in MPE again.

I seems the synchronization ALWAYS takes the date/time from the phone FIRST.
Can it be the antivirus/firewall problem (I use Bitdefender)?

I don't think the problemn has to do with your firewall.
Please reproduce the issue
- delete in MyPhoneExplorer
- sync
- sync again so tghat the entry appears again
And then send me the logfile via email with a link to this thread.

It was a very seldom problem and it was fixed with individual instructions. It was not a bug of MyPhoneExplorer

I have noticed something similar. After synching, various lines in the Organizer view either disappear or do not appear. Scrolling so that the displayed section rolls off the window and then scrolling back again seems to restore the missing lines. Switching to another view and then switching back also seems to work. This appears to be a display issue (Dell Precision 4450, 4k display here).
