Do not sync new appointment from outlook on pc to S24 phone

I have made a new appointment in outlook on pc, but after Multi-Sync my appointment is not transferred to the phone (Samsung S24+). The phone client IS granted access to the calendar etc....

Is the appointment displayed in MPE?
If so, please check in your calendar app whether the calendar activated for sync is also activated for viewing here

No, that is exactly the problem. When I make an appointment in the Outlook calendar on PC, it does not appear in MPE after Multi-sync.

I fixed it.
When I recently switched to a new phone I had to create a new user. Here I forgot to tell MPE that it should sync with Outlook.
