Hello. I just added my wife's phone and when I try to run a sync with MPE from my Windows 10 PC, the sync pop-up shows only for a moment then disappears. Checking the target folder, only one PDF file located on the root of the internal storge is transferred. None of the folders or their contents are transferred.
I have the app installed on the phone and everything is in order. Debugging enabled, file transfer selected and USB cable connection confirmed.
I have been using MPE on my phone for several months now with no issue so I am quite familiar with how to use it.
Thank you. |

It's not really clear to me what exactly you want to synchronize?
Appointments, contacts, notes, photos... or just files?
Files are only synchronized using a job defined by you |

I'm attempting to sync everything but specifically, user files. The full content of the internal storage of my wife's phone. We both have Samsung S23+ and everything is up to date. I have no issues running all sync routines on my phone. For some reason, file sync doesn't seem to be including folders.
UPDATE: I found it. The box for "include subfolders" was not checked. Appears to be working now. Will update if there are any more issues.
Thank you |

Now, I keep getting error messages saying ...
SetPath failed:
\sdcard\Android\data\com.*
"OBEX errorcode C4 - Not Found"
The sync cycle runs for a bit then one of these messages pops-up, forcing me to hit "ok" to resume the sync. |

Do you have the ability to access the files manually? |

I can access the files manually, through Windows Explorer, the phone's native file manager and through MPE.
Once the sync "completed", there was another error message referencing 90+ files that there was an issue with. From what I can tell, most of the files and folders were copied to the target folder on my PC.
I cleared the phone's cache partition through recovery mode after I created the device profile in MPE. I'm wondering if that has something to do with it. |
