For English settings, the options screen correctly appears in English but in the there is a checkbox in the "Advanced 1" section for:

"Nachfragen wenn Nachrichten bei der Synchronisierung in MyPhoneExplorer geloscht werden"

Ah, the problem was in v1.6.2 but its sorted in the v1.6.3.
