Outlook's contact pictures to SE V630i

My problem: I must do a work twice. Why? I put a contact picture in Outlook, I sync with MPE to my V630, and the picture doesn't pass to the phone, so I have to transfer the pic to the cell, and edit the contact, blah blah. Is there any way to do this just once? I mean, can I, for instance, add the pic to a contact in MPE (or Outlook) and the pic to get transferred automatically? Thanks in advance!
