Folder structure from Thunderbird could not be listed!

When trying to set MPE to sync Thunderbird Contacts with Phone, I get the message "Folder structure from Thunderbird could not be listed!" Previously, I was able to synchronize contacts with a particular Address Book ("Cell Phone Contacts") in Thunderbird 68.0. Now I am unable even to list the Address Books.
Very interestingly, when I initiate MPE Synchronization in Thunderbird via the Thunderbird Menu Bar icon, not only does synchronization of contacts work, synchronization is performed using the desired Address Book specified in earlier versions of MPE.
All other synchronizations - Organizer, Notes, Photos, Files - work properly.
Windows MPE Version: 2.0
Thunderbird Version: 102.8.2
MPE Add-on Version: 3.0.27
Phone: Samsung A13
Android MPE Version: 2.9
Connection between Phone MPE & PC MPE is via WiFi, and is specified as such in MPE Settings.
