Activity Monitoring and Power Optimization for MPE is disabled

Every few minutes, communication with the phone disappears.

The started operation (synchronization, backup, etc.)
is interrupted and cannot be completed.

In the phone application, instead of a green, gray lights up:
"Waiting for a connection. The app will be closed in 15... minutes"

In the settings of MyPhoneExplorer there is a setting which can prevent the standby of the phone during connection. Enable this setting and try again.
If this does not help: Does the problem disappear if you keep the phones display active?

1) Yes "Avoid Standby" was already is set before the question was asked.
2) "display active" can check later

No, the problem persists,
although i changed the screen disabled period from 2 to 5 minutes.

And I watched that the screen didn't turn off,
but the WiFi was disconnected
