Contact Sync Issue - Slight mismatches that keep repeating

Every time I launch MPE the Sync process finds 5 or more contacts to sync.
The problem is that most indicate the phone version is a more complete version of the contact while the computer version appears to have deficiencies. I wade through them and select the complete version, usually the phone one, select update, only to see the same items appear the next time I sync.

Hi John

Please launch MyPhoneExplorer with the Commandline Parameter "debug".
In the sync confirmation window you will find now a new button called "Compare" on the right side between the detail panes. Klick on this button and send me a screenshot of the opened window via email with a link to this thread.
