Hi, been using this software for years and I love it. Connected my Samsung s21 yesterday and did a full sync but now it's not showing any contacts for me and I can't work out why?
Any help would be appreciated? |

Do you still see the contacts in MPE on the PC?
If so, you should activate the contacts account in which the contacts are located in the contacts app on the phone for viewing |

Hi, No I don't see any contacts on PC, that's exactly my problem. All contacts on my phone |

I have just checked the app on phone and phone contacts is highlighted. Done a resync and phonebook went slower (thinking it had found them) but still nothing |

Activate the contact account in which your contacts are located on the phone:
Phone => MPE-Client => Settings => contact-accounts to sync and use the Blue Arrow (Download entire) |

I've never really looked at the MPE Client before but it was already on phone contacts. I did add another account and when I resynced all was back to normal. Thanks for your help. |
