Removing all contacts from MPE

How can I remove all the contacts from MPE and then start with a fresh sync from Outlook?

Requirement: The display of the confirmation window must be activated
- Mark all contacts in MPE for deletion
- Synchronize
- In the confirmation window choose: Sync-mode => Force Outlook -> phone

How do you active the confirmation window?
After activating the confirmation window, will the synchronization window ask to choose the sync mode?

Show confirmation window before MyPhoneExplorer makes any changes Show if there are 1 or more changes
Is actually enabled by default.
In the confirmation window you will be offered the function Sync-mode = Force Outlook - phone
