correct Sync settings

What are the correct 'Sync' settings, for the Desktop program and the Phone app, when you simply want to... sync your Contacts between MS-Outlook desktop and Contacts on an Android phone ?

I do have Google and Yahoo accounts, only use / want is my Contacts in Outlook 2019 on my desktop, to sync with the Android Samsung Contacts on the phone. No other accounts.

Mine seems to randomly change in the last year, every few days, weeks or months, adding checks for other accounts to sync also. Today it cross linked and sync'd and deleted people on each side. And was found to have other Accounts checked that, I never had checked in past / don't use contact data in.

So simply asking, to keep both sides updated, be able to update or add or delete a contact on either side and have MFE update the other during occasional manual syncs...

- what should Contacts Sync be set to in the Windows 10 desktop program ?

- what should the Contacts Sync be set to in the Android app ?

OK, one more time:
Activate under phone => MPE-Client => Settings => contact-accounts to sync only "Phone"

Under MPE => F2 => Sync => Contacts/Sync with => Advanced => Outlook folder to sychronise only one folder

To be on the safe side, I would back up or export all contacts before these actions
