Download OLD, visible contacts without plugging in OLD phone

So the USB port on my old Android fizzled out and now I cannot connect it to MPE. The old contact numbers are still visible in the contacts window, but I cannot figure out a way to download those names and numbers without connecting the old phone.

Does anyone know a workaround for this?

In the end, I had to download my current Google contacts( which is an absolutely horrendous and bloated CSV file), use that piece of junk as a template, copy a "control/all" from the open page of contacts of my old phone as displayed on the "MPE" software, and perform a bunch of manual copy/paste to make it all work.

Not very convenient.

For some reason, MPE software seems to reject every form of connection except Bluetooth, and now even that is becoming very touch and go. I realize that this is a freeware made by a private individual who is either trying to break into the market or just enjoys writing software, but I think it's time for me to move on.
