Since the update to 1.8.15, connection to android via Wifi takes many attempts
Repeatedly xxx Connect usually initiates a successful connection.

I have no technical ability. I am a businessman who stupidly came to depend on this fine little piece of of code that when it works is awesome. When it works.

I started having problems yesterday. I've been using the software over same network same devices, no updates without problem. I get a range of error messages. from phone can't be found, can't be identified, and the occasional OBEX error.

I've tried changing numerous settings. I uninstalled and re-installed now half dozen times. Made problem worse imo.

I had an IT guy on it for hours and besides telling me the software sucks found no solution besides USB connection but even that seems unstable.

Why cant we get a solution? If you cant connect it you can't really use it. Doesn't that make it useless.

I use the Wifi connection method with a BT Smarthub 2 and have found that by using different wireless access point (non BT) I am now able to connect reliably.
