Calendar desynchronization.

After a break of several days, I connected the phone and tried to synchronize the calendar.
I was expecting changes for the last 20-30 meetings that I changed in Outlook, meanwhile.
Unfortunately, MPE says nearly 400 meetings are missing from the phone and wants to create new ones, even though they exist.
Something is totally out of sync.
How to fix it?
