HI,
Did you have selected the option to get delivery reports in the 'new message' box?
When that's off, you won't get delivery reports.

can you explain me this ? If that is the case then it would be a bug. We are talking from delivery-reports and not from incoming messages.

OK, I just tested it. When I sent a message with the option for delivery reports of, I won't get a delivery report. When I send a message with this option on, I will get it.
In my phone the option is always on. I hope you can understand this thing. I don't exactly know how to explain.

MyPohoneExpres is my favorite program. It makes live a lot easier. BUT..
Everything was really great under XPs, but after installing Vistas i do not get delivery reports (although they are turned on in new nessage dialog) and as i found recently out Vistas do not anonce new incomming message either:(
Shortly the "bubble" announcements from the main panel doesn't work.

1. Start up the group policy editor by xxx on the start button and keying in gpedit.msc and pressing Enter.
2. Expand User Configuration, Administrative Templates and Start Menu and Taskbar.
3. Select Remove Balloon Tips on Start Menu items, right click on it and select Properties.
4. Select Disable and hit OK.
5. Close Group Policy Editor and you are finished.
