MyLocalAccount - Can't add, edit, export or import contacts

Hallo,

Since I last updated some apps from the PlayStore (I think Google Play Services was among them), I can't add, edit, export or import contacts. The display just remains blank whenever I try (from any app).
When you go to settings, the deafault account (MyLocalAccount) has dissapeared and you cannot even add one.
After trying everything, I found out that it works again when you add a google account, and you allow Google Play Services to access your contacts.
Then MyLocal Account is available again to select as default, and everything works.
I can delete the Google Account, but I can not refuse Google Play Services to read my contacts or I found myself with the same problem back again. Is there a way to avoid it?
