FJ Software

I have a K750I and it works fine with USB cable. With bluetooth it can't find the phone. I choose the right port and seriell is chosen and my bluetooth software find it but not this software. When I start the bluetooth service phone explorer say the phone is connected but when I try to check it it can't find it. Why?
