[Bug report?] Random bandwidth with wifi auto-sync (video)

Hello,
Since the latest 1.8.15 release (or before?) the multi-sync process is no longer working as good as expected when connected via Wi-Fi.
During the last step concerning the sync of pictures/videos taken by the camera, the data rate/speed is top for 3 seconds, then very slow for 10 seconds, then top for 3 seconds, then slow, etc. Globally, the average data speed is much slower than before, which is very annoying when you took a lot of pictures/video since the last auto-sync...
I recorded what I see when auto-syncing data via Wi-Fi. You can see this on Youtube:
