Confirmation for Sync: how to see full text of comparison?

ISSUE: in the "Confirmation for sync" dialog box, how can you get a full display of the right side windows: Entry in phone vs. Entry in Outlook (in my case)?
The text of these often exceed the ~8 lines visible and there is no scroll bar as I often add new information to the bottom of each record (I have a screenshot, but don't believe I can upload images in this forum). One time, I got another dialog window that appeared with full text of each record, but I can't seem to replicate the keys I accidentally hit.
