Sync wants to delete phone entries

Using MPE version 1.8.14 with
Windows10
Outlook2010
SamsungS9+
connected via WiFi
Syncing working OK till now.
Now when I want to sync the contacts using "Force Outlook to phone" it says "23 entries will be deleted". Entries in phone on top right contain phone numbers, entries in Outlook on bottom right are empty.
But when I check the entries directly in Outlook they are not empty; they contain their full information.
Why is MPE suddenly wanting to delete these valid entries in the phone ?
