I am suddenly seeing the above error when synchronising phonebook and organiser entries with Outlook 16.

I am running 1.8.14 on Windows 10 and 1.0.73 on an Android handset.

Advice on a solution would be very much appreciated.

So far, only restarting Windows helps.

I am running this on two handsets. Restarting Windows hasn't helped but, for some unexplained reason, one of the handsets is now syncing.

I just encountered this problem this morning. Everything worked fine on Friday. I reinstalled My Phone Explorer v. 1.18.11 (I prefer this version for the way the text messaging function works) and repaired my Outlook 2016 installation (32 bit version). I have the log file if you would like to see it.

i'm having this issue also; just started last week. it will sync one time in the morning (after i've turned on my computer), but not after that....unless i restart my computer (which is annoying ).

anyone find a fix for this yet?

i have mpe v1.8.145 on...

windows 10: v1909 x64-based
android phone: v1.0.72
outlook: Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.12827.20328) 64-bit

well, fwiw: reinstalling v.1.8.12 on my pc has corrected the problem.

no problems syncing with outlook now.

Honestly rolling back should never be considered a solution. A newer version is supposed to improve things, not break it.
