Feature request : Exclude by folder and file size when sync'

Hello,
Thanks for the update to 1.8.14.
1. An option to exclude or include based on file size while synchronizing would be very helpful. For example, a downloaded Netflix movie does not need to be backed up locally.
2. An option to exclude or include based on *folder* size while synchronizing would be very helpful. Can make the filter by file size option more efficient and easier to use.
