The contacts list on MyPhoneExplorer is blank

Hi,
I'm using MPE for several years without any issue, but since some months, the Contatc list on MPE is empty.
I'm using MS Outlook.
If I try to run a synch between Outlook and MPE, I'm afraid it will delete every Contatcs on Outlook too.
How can I retreive my Contacts in MPE ?
