Problems Connecting !

I tied to use this soft but i can't connect my SE Z1010. The prog says: "Phone could not be identified". Plz help me.

i use an USB cable. the cable is new so it doesn't have prob

Please choose "Phonemode" while connecting, install the drivers for it and read the FAQ.
