I'm constantly making duplicates of calendar entries when i sync the phone to the PC , what is the best way to do this?

also, how do I tell my phone or outlook to delete appointments which are older than a particular date

1) It depends on why the duplicates are there. If time and subject are equal, then MyPhoneExplorer will detect it as one item and not as seperate items.

2) In MyPhoneExplorer you have this point in the settings. (Sync entries with a date-range)
