when i click on MyPhoneExplorer.exe it asks for what langauge i select english then i chose the destination and then click next it just frezes help

you mean the setup ? It must be a fault on your system. The setup is very stable and i had never heart about freezing of the setup. Ensure that you are logged in with Admin-Rights on your PC. Which OS do you use ?
