somebody knows what the flower-sign means when I viewing my calendar in MPE?

He shows this when you've got more than 300 appointments in the phone.
My German is not so bad .

Nothing against your german knowledge - but you are not right

The "Flower" is a star and this is in generally the sign for "New". So the item is in MyPhoneExplorer but not on the phone. The phone can keep only 300 Appointments so the copy-action to the phone fails and the items keep the "star".
