I used the program to sync my sms. However, I kept the sms in Inbox and sent items BUT not in Archive.

My K790i could not be turned on. So, I took it to be repaired. All the data in the phone was lost. After I got the phone back from repair, I open MyPhoneExplower software and click Multi-sync. Then, all of my Inbox and Sent Items were lost too and changed to a few sms that I created a few days ago.

How can I get all my Inbox and Sent items back. Thanks.

Can I recover the file back? I really need my SMS. I have more than 500 of them. So sad    . Please help.

Its not possible to recover the messages. If you would used the newest version then MyPhoneExplorer would ask before deleting the messages in MyPhoneExplorer.

For this things there is also a feature in it called "Create backup"

I am not sure whether I used to click create backup or not. Where can I find the back up? Thanks.

Is the old data kept somewhere in something like recycle bin that I can get it back :?

No, the old file is overwritten. Backupfiles have the extension *.mpb. Maybe yozu exported the messages also manually as *.sms, *.xml or *.csv-File ?
