FJ Software

Hi All,
I am new on this forum. I have just stared using this gr8 software with my K750. I have found few problems in the software.
I have saved few phone nos manualy on my phone book and when i connected it to my pc through USB cable they doesn't appear on my computer i tried refreshing and multi sync but still nos are missing though nos are still in my phone book memory.
2nd problem i am facing is related to connectivity. When i connect it 1st time it connects smoothly with my pc through the data cable that came with the phone. When i remove the phone using the safely remove hardware it starts showing COM 8 missing. when i restart my PC my phone connects very easily. I am using Windows XP media center Edition.
Please help me what should i do so that i can connect my phone several times to my Laptop without restarting it again and again.

I'm having a problem with MPE also.
Since 1.6.3 I have the phone book sync problem with my K800i.
I've tried to sync a lot of time, but there is quite some records in my phone will never appear in MPE. Would FJ able to help me on this?

Its a known Bug of the K800i. Following should help:
• Contacts-More-Advanced-Backup to M.S.
• Contacts-More-Advanced-Restore from M.S.
• Restart the phone
