I managed to resolve the problem with run time error 372 by excluding 'Spyware.parentis' from being identified by my spyware programme (Spyware Detector). Which means that the spyware does stay on my PC, yet allowing MyPhone Explorer to run without problems. Is Parentis intended to be an integral part of facilitating the operation of MyPhone Explorer? How harmful can the presence of this spyware be to my PC? In other words, is it worth running the risk of it's presence for the benefit of having a fully functioning Phone Explorer?
